Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Within 7 days, 50% of the stay value is retained.

No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Date changes are permitted once, subject to availability.

Refunds, when due, are returned to the original payment method within the timeline set by the payment provider.

Special offers or peak-season stays may follow a different cancellation window — any exception is shown clearly at booking.
